The program objectives below are overall objectives that include objectives for those on both the combined elective/medical Spanish program and the intensive medical Spanish program with community health fairs.

Clinical Exposure

  • Gain hands-on clinical experience in various medical specialties within the Peruvian healthcare system.

  • Observe and assist healthcare professionals in diagnosing and treating patients.

  • Learn about the management of common medical conditions and gain exposure to unique cases encountered in Peru.
