After completing our booking form, we need a few simple documents to confirm eligibility and prepare for your arrival in Peru.
Students and healthcare professionals are both welcome to participate.
Passport Copy
Please send a clear copy of the photo page of your passport so we can prepare your program documentation.
What to send: Photo page of passport.
Vaccination Proof (Hospital Electives only)
Participants undertaking hospital electives should be up to date with standard healthcare vaccinations. These typically include Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B.
What to send: Proof of vaccination if participating in hospital electives.
Travel Insurance Included
Travel insurance is included in the program fee. We will arrange this for you before you arrive in Peru.
What to send: Nothing.
